The content on this website is provided for general information and personal use only. All artwork, images, text, and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Becky Curtis unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any artwork or content from this website without prior written permission.

Artwork Sales

All artwork descriptions, dimensions, and images are provided as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and device displays.

Prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.

Artwork will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Commissions

Commission enquiries are welcomed and subject to availability.

A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the completed artwork is delivered or shipped.

Commissioned artwork is created in Becky's artistic style. While every effort will be made to meet client expectations, creative interpretation remains at the artist's discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs, delivery times, and available locations will be communicated before purchase where applicable.

B Curtis Art is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of original artwork and custom commissions, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.

If artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damage so that we can work towards a suitable resolution.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, photographs, logos, and content displayed on this website are protected by copyright laws.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. Becky Curtis retains all copyright and reproduction rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
